After graduating with a degree in Bio Medical Science in 1995 Debra began working with Zeneca in the primary care sector developing brands and supporting the launch of new products. In 1999, Debra was part of one of the EU’s largest documented mergers (Circa $67 billion) as Zeneca and Astra merged to form the now widely known AstraZeneca. 

She enjoyed a long and successful career within AstraZeneca and set about developing her breadth of experience further with a move to Merck Serono, where she took her people, management, and organisational skills into a new role fulfilling key functions within the commercial department and supply chain teams. 

 Debra now works in a management role within Grey Matter and its parent company and provides a level of rationale and organisation akin to that of the global corporations from which she has spent most of her distinguished career.
