Starting his early career working for global pharmaceutical companies in sales and management roles, Gareth later founded and ultimately sold a specialist pharmaceutical labelling brokerage.

This provided him with the platform and funding to design and launch the UK’s first legislative software company that enabled compliance to The EU Falsified Medicines Directive (2011/62EU) (FMD) for MHRA authorised companies within the UK’s medicine supply chain.

Grey Matter was founded by Gareth specifically to bring together the most successful individuals he’s worked with over the past 20 years to help others.
