A Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a highly regarded applied psychologist in the field of business performance, Tom brings over three decades of frontline experience helping individuals and organisations perform under pressure, adapt through change, and thrive.

Tom began his career in one of the most demanding environments imaginable — as a Prison Psychologist and later Head of the National Hostage Negotiator Training Programme for HM Prison Service. His ability to influence behaviour in the most volatile of circumstances laid the foundations for a career built on rigour, trust, and insight.

He went on to shape organisational culture and performance at the highest level — serving as Head of Occupational Psychology for Ford of Europe, Head of Organisational Development for JPMorgan Chase, and HSBC. As a partner at Lane4, he helped establish their assessment, coaching and delivery practice, supporting some of the world’s most senior leaders through transformation and growth.

Tom is a highly respected C-suite coach, deeply experienced in executive psychometric assessment, leadership development, and high-stakes team performance. His ability to operate at the individual, team, and enterprise level makes him a rare asset in the field.
