Will is a distinguished engineer with a stellar career in Formula 1 racing, bringing over a decade of experience at the forefront of high-performance motorsport engineering. His exceptional expertise in development and managing elite teams under the intense pressure of F1 environments makes him a valuable addition to our organisation.

Throughout his career, Will has demonstrated an unparalleled ability to deliver, lead and inspire highly qualified individuals, supporting and driving them to achieve peak performance. To have consistently delivered outstanding results, contributing to numerous championship victories and technological advancements in the field of Formula 1, requires grit, determination, resilience and strong psychological foundations. Will has detailed knowledge of the Grey Matter programmes, knows our management and coaching team well and most importantly, understands our ambitions as an organisation.

At Grey Matter, Will will play a pivotal role in supporting our performance coaching programme, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to advise and enhance our methodologies and strategies. His deep understanding of high-stakes teamwork and elite performance will be instrumental in guiding our product delivery, to ensure Grey Matter clients also achieve their full potential.

Beyond the racetrack, Will is passionate about mentoring the next generation of motorsport experts and leaders, and he regularly shares his expertise by supporting young aspiring engineers with advice and guidance during his own time.
